For all artists living in the NYC metropolitan area. it's no secret being an artist in this city is.....challenging. everyone gets by with a little help from their friends.
When I was in diapers I was in a leotard. I must thank my mother for the beginning. She enrolled me in every class know to Long Island from Break Dancing to Synchronized Swimming because she saw my love of performing. I narrowed in on theater pretty quickly and pursued it through high school. It was also my parents who said If I wanted to further my studies, they would happily encourage a college education in theater. I feel very fortunate that education from young age has shaped my creativity today.
In the works...
Well..... Auditioning and Learning and Waiting - Always growing. Not sure of the next "project"' yet, but trying to focus on classes and coachings.
Down the road...
Not totally sure of that just yet:) Hope to get a big one though!
About me in general...
I am passionate (about life), sentimental (about the important stuff), organized (like really), frustrated (about the times), and eager (about the next).
if you could collaborate with/meet any artist, past or present, who would it be?
Man, I love Chita Rivera for her pure star quality and definitely look up to her. I also really love Alice Ripley, I have worked with her before and she really inspired my life. I would also love to work with my boyfriend again-twas great!
