Profile Information

Name: Jonathan Michael Lindsay

Artistic Medium: Acrylic and oil paints with some mixed materials.

Birthplace: Philadelphia, PA

Influences: Anything, everyone, everywhere.

How it all began...: My grandfather is an amazing artist who deals with charcoals and graphite. His subjects are usually wildlife. I spent the really early years of my life watching him and that was that. Instant artist.

In the works...: Trying to prepare a body of work that I am proud to show.

Down the road...: My only goal is that I keep painting for the rest of my able life. Oh, and to have a gallery show in NYC. Kinda why I moved here.

About me in general...: Well that is generally not that easy.

if you could collaborate with/meet any artist, past or present, who would it be?: I think it would be fun to work with Denny Dent. It would be a crazy two person performance with a bunch of inocent people getting paint thrown all over them. Sounds fun to me.
