My specialty is portraits( pencil and charcoal), but I also enjoy dabbling in many different art mediums and styles.. Currently I am working with pastels, watercolor, and acrylic paints. Postimpressionism. Realism. Surrealism.

How it all began...

At an early age, I learned to appreciate art because of my admirable grandfather( A Fine Artist) whose philosophy of 'LEARN, TRY, AND DO' motivated me to learn more, try harder and do more. Later in life, my excelled artistic brother continued to motivate me to 'plunge head first' into the art world. Encouraged by my supportive husband, I am now pledging more of my time and energy to artistic endeavors.

In the works...

I am always working on numerous projects at the same time, right now I have a commissioned portrait to create, an original to send to seller, and I would like to make a tribute painting of Michael Jackson. I am a self taught artist who currently resides in the Midwest, USA. Art is my passion, my joy, and incredibly my avenue of income.
